How to connect

Five steps. It usually takes no more than five minutes.

  1. Create an account

    Enter your email and a password on the sign-up page. Keep the password somewhere safe: it's how you get into your account.

  2. Confirm your email

    We'll send a six-digit code to that address. Enter it on the site. If nothing arrives within a minute, check your spam folder and request a new code.

  3. Pay for a subscription

    Pick a plan and pay in your account. Your subscription link appears there once the payment goes through.

  4. Install the app and add the subscription

    On Android, install our app from Google Play. On other devices any client that supports subscription links will do.

    Copy the link from your account, tap "Add subscription" in the app and paste it. The server list loads by itself.

    Don't share your subscription link: anyone who has it can use your VPN.

  5. Connect

    Pick a server and tap connect. Android will ask permission to create a VPN — allow it.

If something doesn't work

The app won't connect

Refresh the subscription in the app, then try a different server. Check in your account that the subscription is active.

Sites load slowly

Pick a server closer to you. Turn off other VPNs and proxies on the device: they interfere with each other.

The confirmation code doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder. The code is valid for 15 minutes, and a new one can be requested once a minute. Make sure there's no typo in the address.

The subscription link is gone or won't open

The link appears after payment. If the payment went through and there's still no link, contact support.
